The Meers Aviation Company LLC dba MAVCO is an “Air Charter Broker” under DOT regulations. MAVCO arranges flights on behalf of the client ("Charterer"), acting as an "Authorized Agent" for the client. Flights will be operated by a certified Direct Air Carrier licensed by the Federal Aviation Administration with authority from the DOT or their foreign Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) equivalent. Flights will be operated in accordance with Federal Aviation Regulations (“FAR”) Part 135 and the Direct Air Carrier will have operational control at all times.
